Welcome into the embrace of cosmic liberty, a blending of our consciousness in oneness, providing a direct link from the cosmic flame, through your expanding heart flames of liberty, into the spark of liberty within all humankind.

The God quality of liberty burning ever brighter in the higher vibration designates the spiritual nature of all humankind. Many find themselves oppressed on all sides by the human consciousness, yearning to breathe free in a new world of spiritual freedom. Truly is the lamp lifted high to reveal the Golden Door leading to full liberty in God Consciousness. All passing through this Golden Door shall find the Holy Breath of spiritual freedom that each has yearned for.

The Statue of Liberty, in the Harbor of New York City is a physical focus, a tangible radiating center of the cosmic flame of liberty from within the sun, revealing to all, this golden door. Breathe in... and breathe out as you now offer yourself as an animating aspect of this fundamental spirit of liberty through your own light essence... Envision your right arm outstretched, holding aloft the luminous beacon of liberty and its dazzling golden flame - feel your left hand cradling the Book of Life for the planet, inscribed upon it the path of the Earth into eternal liberty and freedom - feel upon your head the weight of the crown of the Elohim and the Archangels, giving you the authority of the Godhead to be the manifest example of true liberty and freedom for all humankind in this embodiment...

Sense your feet planted steadfastly upon the earth, firmly securing the cosmic energy into the body of the beloved planet and into the vast oceans, representing the great sea of the emotional nature of life. Through the top of your head, feel the cosmic ray of liberty, anchoring in your heart flame. This Golden Ray continues outwards to establish itself within the earth, water, air and fire elements. From the heart this Cosmic Ray expands and projects as a radiating flame, a beacon of liberty, until you are a blazing focus of spiritual liberty, living amongst humankind. The robes of your consciousness are now completely aligned with the great universal God Consciousness and flame. Through this oneness of being, we are now established as living, breathing temples of liberty, tangibly radiating this golden essence into the lives of all people, through our beings! We are the group avatar! We are the God Presence! We are I AM that I AM! It is done! So be it!

The attention of the planet is ours to work with, so let us continue to concentrate on this spiritual opportunity, for that is our service, united in the elevated consciousness of freedom, I AM. You know that it was Lady Liberty who granted liberty to each new soul entering the planet’s evolution, liberty to express your life's energies in search of mastery. Free will to remember the authenticity necessary to gain such mastery and the opportunity to expand your own Three-fold flame of liberty on this planet, adding Light to the very spiritual fabric of the planet. This is the truth you must remain focused on, for in that original granting of liberty is the Immaculate Concept, from which shall come the power and desire for all to re-establish their own liberty, taking full responsibility for their own lifestream, returning to their original desire to find mastery and unity with the energy, vibration and consciousness rather than domination over others. Then truly may each person dispense the gift of divinity to all life on this planet.

Through the divine ceremony from the Great Central Sun, the original grant of liberty is like a magnificent jewel, which has been buried in the heart of all humanity. But when the light of the new age, the light of the cosmic flame of liberty, strikes this jewel it glows brighter and brighter and brighter until it shines into the deepest recesses of the human condition. This light will reach the minds and hearts of the tired, the restless, the wretched on the teeming shores of human consciousness, yearning to breathe free.

This jewel of liberty, the Three-fold flame within each one of you, now begins to glow with a rededicated light that will show all, the way back to their divine purpose for being, which was given in the original grant of liberty, from the cosmic flame. This will offer each an opportunity for an adventure in consciousness ... seeking the bridge to the new age of spiritual freedom, driven by a desire for spiritual liberty and eternal freedom in the light.

Beloved ones, contemplate the phrase... "The Restoration of Liberty." Does this not capture the keynote of all spiritual efforts on this planet? Does that divine idea not draw into itself the desire of every embodied soul? Does it not reflect the hopes and dreams of our beloved Saint Germain, whom we all love so deeply and whom we all wish to serve until liberty is fully established on all levels of planetary life? The mighty Angel of Restoration, standing in the cosmic spheres, is ever expanding this momentum into the restoration activity, furthering its anchorage into the heart of each child of God on this planet.

As a representative of the celestial mother, Liberty takes Earth, a child of God, into her arms and delivers her into her eternal homeland in the Elysian Fields of liberty and freedom for all. Enfolding the planet and all life in this majestic golden radiation Liberty lifts her lamp high beside the golden door... and again says "come, humankind of earth, enter and claim your heart desire of eternal freedom in the light." Exalted angels of the highest order with luminous auras now take this light in their glorious bodies, and proceed to dispense this tangible benediction of liberty's flame to all life, in all kingdom's, in all spheres. A brilliant light now proceeds undiminished around this holy orb, Freedom's Holy Star!
