Blazing the restorative flames of Truth and Healing in, through and around my mind, feelings and physical form I am cleansed of all illusion and emerge as an illumined and enlightened vessel of brilliant light whose divine vibration, flows forth to all life.

(Hold breath in) I AM absorbing
(Breathe out) I AM expanding
(Hold breath out) I AM projecting

* The breathing statement should be given four times for each full breath. On the inbreath, breath in the qualities contained within the Flame. As you hold your breath in, absorb the qualities deep within every part of your being. As you breathe out, expand and increase the power and momentum of the divine qualities you are calling forth through the power of the Holy Breath. Resting in the eternal patience, love and oneness of Universal Light Substance I am constantly bathed in the calm nurturing comfort of the crystalline free flowing Sea of Light. With each slow deliberate breath I take I enter more fully into this profound state of serenity and composure
