(Breathe in) I AM inbreathing
(Hold breath in) I AM absorbing

* The breathing statement should be given four times for each full breath. On the inbreath, breath in the qualities contained within the Flame. As you hold your breath in, absorb the qualities deep within every part of your being. As you breathe out, expand and increase the power and momentum of the divine qualities you are calling forth through the power of the Holy Breath. As you hold your breath out of your body, project these magnificent God Qualities forth to all life. Repeat this exercise a minimum of three full breaths.

Spirits of Love
Dear Spirits of Love you are working to set life free no matter in what form or how deeply enmeshed it may be. Salute the Flame of Divinity within every heart and make every effort to release and free that life-energy. All life is ONE so while there is any manifestation of life encased in imperfection there is a part of you which is not yet free.
Your attention is called to the importance of the activity of projected consciousness and the conscious directing of your forcefields, affording cosmic protection during any crisis. This service of a single being or a group of chelas is very much needed throughout the planet. The forcefields which you have drawn over your homes and sanctuaries can be used as a ‘magic carpet’ to transport your inner bodies – your projected consciousness to places where that protection and assistance is needed on the instant whether it be for the activities of nature, direction, belief or relationships.

Present Consciousness
The factor to be contemplated today is time. As beings that are at this moment working within a time-space framework it is very easy to become caught up in feelings of a need to rush and work with haste. There are those who encourage “rush, rush, rush! Time is running out! Do it now! Hurry, hurry, hurry!” and on and on and on….!
But consider it is a person poor in consciousness who attaches to the belief that a loving Divinity will not provide an opportunity for them – in which they may live, move, breathe and have Being! Yes the New Age is truly upon us but the forward move is in all ways a steady and sure walking onward into the Light – confident upon your Path! The Path of Light is a Way of Life! The Path of Light is a Way of Life!
The feeling of a need for haste comes from many things and most if not all of these things are a part of the human consciousness and not of the Divine; the fear of failure, or the fear that one has not accomplished all that they should have done; the fear of abandonment or of being ‘left behind’; and on and on. These ‘reasons’ are all rooted in fear, and as such have no productive value that can be imparted to the human who seeks Spiritual Consciousness.
Even as you hear or read these words and begin to know their meaning, relax into the Love of the Divine… knowing your path will always be made clear before you. Just keep your awareness centered upon the Love and Will of God… breathe it in and keep on moving steadily along becoming more and more the sacred expression of Divinity you are here to be! You are here to BE… for you know I AM the Divine Image manifesting perfection in my Being and World!
Naught is wasted in any of your experiences. They form the bread you eat from which you steadily grow in spiritual understanding. Always remain the Divine Image you are… that beautiful Presence from which you descended into this world of form, which enfolds you even within itself manifesting itself in and through you at all times! This must always be at the forefront of your consciousness!
Be at ONE with the I AM Presence. For there is no separation unless you so choose to live in this illusion and who would so choose?

In the Silence
The time is quickly approaching when there is no need of words… when silence will be the condition of comfort for each one of you. For now however we will use words out of your need to hear them.
In the Inner Spheres a great release of Light is in readiness that will lift the Earth to its higher orbit. There is much accomplished already and you have been a part of this preparation. It is appropriate that you know beyond any doubt that not one particle of energy is ever wasted and you have given a great deal to help in bringing about this time of transition.
It is time to enter into this present era in silence and with the Love of the Christ within releasing and expanding waves of Light from your very heart center. Let it all be free now! Let it be free to move outward from you, to enfold all life, even as you come forth from the Silence that has enfolded you. Take this moment to feel this Love and yes… Sacrifice! Through Sacrifice all is made Sacred. Through the love of one lifestream – ascended or unascended – who has developed the ability to give Love with no thought of return… all life upon this beloved Earth planet is made Sacred. This will tell you that all life upon this beloved Earth is Sacred. This will tell you that all life upon this Earth is already sacred because of the sacrifice of others for so long. But ongoing sacrifice is necessary to keep life blessed in this way! Many have forgotten to give Love with no thought of return!
Close your eyes and meditate on these words letting them enter your Beings and worlds in a rhythmic fashion through the avenue of your consciousness. Develop and enfold! Expand and project!
Feel the rhythm of the Silence. Feel the rhythm of the Love… poured forth from the realms of Light! As you let this Divine Light and Love flow forth from your heart, you constantly receive an inflow from the I AM Presence so there is always the moment in time when you are receiving and giving Love. Silently contemplate on this.
Combine this unity of purpose and desire into an implemented manifestation and then feel the deeper Silence which goes directly into the Heart of the Universal Presence I AM.

Rhythm of Life
A primary cause of discomfort in the human situation is the lack of true understanding of the nature of rhythm. Habits of behavior are all created by rhythm; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your Being are created by rhythm. Therefore, watch with loving care the rhythms that you have built into your life, and check that each rhythm creates only that with is positive. Unconstructive habits are created by rhythm as are high-quality habits. If you assume a divine virtue which you feel you are lacking then rhythm will build it into your character as a permanent feature and it will be yours forever.
Rhythm is beauty; rhythm of movement, rhythm of breath, rhythmic thinking and feeling, and doing only that which is harmonious can change your world into radiant Light. Through the rhythmic rays of the sun, the waves of the air, the heartbeat of the Earth, the flow of the water, and the all-pervading life force in all space, be thou whole! Be aware of the enormous energy that moves the universe in perfect rhythm. This enormous force that holds the stars and the galaxies in place is none other than you. It is part of the whole… the One Universal Consciousness that you are an integral element of. It is the rhythmic ocean of which you are a rhythmic wave. There is no real boundary between you and the entire universe for you extend far, far beyond your physical form. You are part of a wholeness which is magnificent and beyond the comprehension of the human mind. Your spirit and essence is eternal and shall grow in splendor.
Retune the rhythm of your lower self until it is in perfect harmony with that which is the most extraordinary and exquisite, and begins to vibrate in rhythmic harmony with the universe and with the music of the spheres for it is your purpose to do so.
Rhythm is a very powerful force in your life, for it builds into your character that which you are and that which you are to become. Have rhythmic courage – courage to appreciate all that is holy, courage to encourage all that is required of you; to take up responsibility; to allow the Holy Spirit within you to fill you with the Pure Divine Energy of the vast Universe, as you qualify each breath and give send it forth with the essence of pure Divine Love and divine Truth of the Holy Spirit.

A Gentle Reminder
What is the purpose of the Seventh Ray?
The Seventh Ray is the Ray of Transmutation, of Sublimation, and Magnetization. Within each of our hearts is an actual spiritual Flame which has the power to magnetize Light and the Light we magnetize becomes ours to qualify and direct into the Universe for good or for bad. We qualify this Light via our spoken word, our thoughts, our feelings and our actions. It operates according to the Law of the Circle - what we send out always returns to us. Each of us has lived many life times and our actions taken during those life times return to us either to bless our lives or be redeemed through the use of the Violet Fire.
Who is Saint Germain and what is his gift to humanity?
Saint Germain is an Ascended Master who made his ascension in 1684. Throughout his many embodiments he worked to bring Freedom to humanity. His special quality to us is the Gift of Freedom. Approximately, one hundred years after His ascension and after much preparation, Saint Germain became Chohan or Director of the Seventh Ray in 1786.
How will he do this?
He is in charge of the next 2000 year cycle which is known as the Era of Freedom. It is his honor and responsibility to bring freedom to every part of life--human, elementals, and angels. When the four lower vehicles - mental, emotional, etheric, and physical - are purified and harmonized through the Sacred Violet Fire, each individual becomes truly ‘free’ and in the position to become an Ascended Master at the close of their current embodiment becoming eternally free. It is Saint Germain’s responsibility to see that the Earth and all life evolving upon it become free. To complete this task, he will draw upon the assistance of all ascended beings as well as each human who is seeking more Light and Freedom.
What is the Cause of Freedom?
God is that Cause! The Divine part of every individual has within it the realization that Freedom and Godliness are one. The Divine Declaration of Life is that of expansion, unfoldment, perfection and all these qualities require freedom in order to manifest. FREEDOM TRULY IS GOD IN ACTION!
What is the role of each individual regarding the earth’s freedom?
It is the role of each individual to assist Saint Germain in making the Earth Freedom’s Star where angels, humankind, and elementals will walk hand in hand, serving in the redemption of the Earth. Each one will use the Sacred Violet Fire to acquire personal freedom and then continue using this energy to ensure freedom for all life.

Faith and Confidence
Among all the people on Earth at any one time only a few are aware of the power they have to make calls on behalf of themselves and others. I AM enchanted with the ‘power of prayer’ which is used by many, and it is indeed a formidable force. However, it tends to take the form of asking for the assistance of the Universal Source, rather than commanding the power of the individual’s I AM Presence! I speak of the deeper understanding which is given to all chelas – regarding the power of the individual’s I AM Presence. To command the power of the Presence with faith and confidence is to demonstrate the mastery of your life force – whenever a need for assistance is brought to your attention.
Faith and confidence are the qualities and essence that are the open door to the mastery of your life force! The combining of certain divine qualities are especially necessary to prepare the way for the full manifestation of the incoming Golden Age, in which the shadows of human understanding will once again be cleared from the Earth and all her evolutions. As you know the Sacred Flame of Transmutation must be used - for the forces of imbalance and shadows which try to surround the Earth must be transmuted so lasting purity can be established at all times.
If you understand and use the great power of the Protection of the First Ray of Divine Will and the activity of cutting free the shadows of human misconceptions with which much of life is surrounded, coupled with the ability of the Seventh Ray to transmute these forces into pure energy again, you will have rendered a true spiritual service to all life!
