As you have all seen with your physical eyes this day , I have asked the Directors of the Four Elements to reveal to you the approximate location of this Holy Mount. But, dear children, it will only become clear as to its actual location when the consciousness of humanity is raised. 

I would ask you now to put your attention upon the mystical, spiritual Mount Meru within your consciousness... Mount Meru is within each of you and stretches from the base of your heart, its peak rising to the top of the thousand petal lotus. It rests on the foundation of purity, freedom and peace. The path leading up this mountain within your consciousness begins with unconditional Divine Love and so if you want to climb this Holy Mount within your consciousness look for the Path of Unconditional Love. On the way up you will pass the test of Divine Will (to choose between human will and Divine Will) and further up this Mount you shall go until the Truth shall become clearly evident through the inner sight and soon after that you shall reach the peak of God Illumination.

This Mount is in your consciousness and from my Focus now at Mount Meru beloved Goddess Meru is projecting a Vivid Image of this Holy Mount in your consciousness so that you understand deeply the Path to Illumination in the New Age. Feel just a moment Her tremendous Light Ray blazing at you now...

Now, beloved ones, I would like to say a few words about Lake Titicaca, the Island of the Sun upon which we have gathered.

There is a gigantic and beautiful city, hermetically sealed, beneath the waters, the purifying waters of Lake Titicaca. This city is divided into seven different sections, each representing a major Ray....

Also, directly here on the lake (in the Etheric Realm) is a tremendous focus. Its center point is this Island of the Sun. It is a tremendous circular forcefield of the Cosmic Flames of the Twelve Aspects of the Deity. It has been moved here from more ancient sites on this Planet Earth. It spins very slowly and as it turns each of the Seven Rays of the Sacred City under Titicaca continually is blest with the wisdom of another of Twelve Aspects of the Deity. Here at this principal Focus of Wisdom in and around the Lake, guarded over by Mount Meru, we are trying to express the fullness of each of the Seven Rays.

Much training goes on here, not only of humankind but of Elemental Beings and Angels. This Island of the Sun is a focal point from which one can enter from the etheric into the physical city. Of course, it is hidden to all but those with Ascended Guides.

As I have said, Mount Meru must be climbed in consciousness first and then many of the mysteries of this area will become more evident, including this entrance into the physical city. Feel the city below you and as you go back across the water bless the great Beings who sustained it. Feel the Etheric Focus as a great Disc of Light around and about you that continually infuses this area with the Light of the Sun and all of the Wisdom of our God-Parents. It is our privilege (Goddess Meru and my humble self) to guide, guard and expand this focus during Saint Germain's Permanent Golden Age of Freedom upon this Planet.

Many Ascended Ones come here often and you might be interested to know that Beloved Kamakura is here now from his Retreat of Wisdom over Mount Fuji in Japan. You see, it has been his privilege to assist Beloved Saint Germain to express the full wisdom of the Seventh Ray. Each Ray needs to be completely explored in its fullness and the source of the wisdom, of course, is the Sun.

Thus I have given you much of the work of this Focus over the coming Golden Age. Dear children, especially those so privileged to live in the immediate area of these mountains and this area of South America, continue with your magnificent efforts to purify the consciousness of this area so that the Directors of the Four Elements can work with you in purifying this area. Over time more and more people will be drawn into this Focus of Wisdom... The Feminine Nature of God expressing through the Golden Age of Saint Germain.
