The Members of the Great White Brotherhood have heretofore been considered as a small, vapory little band of Dreamers, who had achieved a certain amount of power, bliss, love and Light and dwelt in an ephemeral 'Heaven'. On the contrary, the Brotherhood has been, and is, the most practical potent force in the progress of humanity, limited however in their numbers and in their capacity to influence and guide the unascended humankind by reason of certain development of the students required by the Cosmic Law.  

A farmer does not knowingly plant seed on barren ground expecting a fruitful harvest. The earth is carefully nurtured with those elements which are essential to the development of the seed. A similar treatment is necessary for students to place their feet knowingly upon the Spiritual Path and be nourished by the Words of Wisdom, the Instruction of the Brothers who have preceded them on the ladder of evolution. A student matures through the experiences of each earth-life and the manner in which he handles the so-called ordeal. When the garment of each sojourn into the world of form is discarded, he receives loving instruction and preparation at inner levels.  

When his Sponsor and the Lords of Karma signify that it is time for him to return to the Earth Schoolroom, each such experience prepares him to become outwardly aware of the Presence of the Ascended Host, and able to grasp that which he has been taught at Inner Levels.

Through the tremendous assistance accorded the Planet Earth and its people by the institution of, and of continuance of Decrees by the chelas, the Cosmic Law has allowed a tremendously more powerful release of the pressure of God-Good into the affairs of humanity, and the Brotherhood is literally breaking through the veil and becoming the most powerful 'organization' in the third dimensional plane.  

Now, I come to a plan which is so dear to my Heart, THE COMING INTO OUTER MANIFESTATION OF A PERMANENT FOCUS ON LONG ISLAND, which will be a Radiating Center for the Spiritual Brotherhood. The establishment and maintenance of this Focus, and others on the earth-plane, by individuals with great Courage and Light, will mean that soon the weight of humankind's discordant radiation will be over-balanced by these Radiating Centers of God Will, and the anchorage of the Will of God for each location into the structure of the earth in these localities will continue to intensify until it will be the exception to the rule to belong in the outer consciousness and the trend of the day will be to follow the powerful impetus for good.

Humankind has followed the trend of medical science and fashion and psychology for centuries. This trend was established by strong human personalities backed by invisible forces bound on keeping the people in ignorance and darkness. Now, when the Foci of the Spiritual Brotherhood are as powerfully charged into the constructive individuals willing to represent them in the third dimensional plane, the trend of the day will be God-ward, because enough of these Foci will form a connecting radiation which will be a constant pressure of thought, feeling and influence which the people will breathe in as they do the air, and the subtle God currents will become the pattern of tomorrow.

In the realms of art, literature, music and in beauty, the teaching of the Kingdom will be manifest and the glorious service of Beloved Serapis Bey, Lord of the Ascension Flame is only just begun.  

Ponder a moment the scope of the Focus which is even now being reanimated on Long Island. This Sacred Isle is to become the Shamballa of the future, where Spiritual Representatives of all other Foci on this Earth Planet will convene to receive the Directives and Blessing of the Lord of the World.  

Consider the privilege which is yours, chelas on the Path of the Ascension, in being permitted to join your energies with the Spiritual Currents from this Isle and your daily and hourly service of channeling the Light from Venus into the Earth in cooperation with the Sun of this System, raising the very Orb itself and her evolutions into God Perfection for all Eternity.

I counsel you to prayerfully meditate upon your part in this Cosmic Plan, that Dispensation which has been allowed you through the mercy and kindness of the Spiritual Law.  

I enfold you in my loving embrace and may you each feel the radiation of Love and Peace which flows constantly from the symbol of the Holy Spirit, the Dove of Peace, whose permanent wingspread reaches from tip to tip of Long Island, the radiation of which encompasses the Earth.
