My Beloved Students,

There is so much to be taught to you. The release of information in the early days of The Bridge Activity was tremendous, and there has been a great deal to be understood and assimilated before the chelas could move forward into fuller Light. Now is the time for clarification and expansion of those teachings, as well as the release of further Light. I AM giving information now which will expand and clarify your understanding about your Three-fold Flames, for this is of the utmost importance. As we go further into the teaching, I will also expand upon the understanding of the Seven Cosmic Rays with which we work, and of how you are connected with them. 

With true Spiritual growth, understanding must be given, because you cannot move forward without the complete balancing of your Three-fold Flame. Your Heart Flame is the anchorage of the first three Cosmic Rays which are given to the galaxy of which the Earth is a part. They come from the Central Sun of the system. 

Today I will speak of the special dispensation which was given quite a long time ago, which permits the ascension to be given at inner levels in many instances. 

There are Seven Cosmic Rays with which we work in the Earth plane. There are infinite combinations of these major Rays, but for the complete understanding of all that is required for your ascension to be achieved, you need be concerned with the mastery of the Seven Cosmic Rays. 

Of these, the first three are of the primary importance, as they form the basis of the Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Rays, as well. The Fourth Ray, which forms the center, is the Ray of Purity and the Ascension. It is Crystalline in radiation, containing all the colors of the Cosmos within itself. It is the perfect center, and it represents - in the outer world - all of the Beauty of the Cosmos. This is why it is considered to be the Ray from which lifestreams come who are involved with the arts in some way. However, Beauty is too universal to be contained within only one of the Rays, even the Ray of the Ascension Flame! 

There is beauty of color, of form, of sound, of teaching, and so forth. Therefore, these qualities of Beauty appear upon all Seven Rays in their varying aspects. 

When Mastery over the personal energies dealing with the first Three Rays has been achieved, they become the ONE, or the Ascension Flame, because they are in perfect balance, and you hold the Mastery of the Holy Trinity within your Beings and worlds. 

Until you arrive at this point in consciousness, much time and effort, and many embodiments are required to achieve the Balance of the Holy Trinity. The Fourth Ray represents - and IS - the manifestation of all that is contained within the first Three Cosmic Rays. 

At this point in your Spiritual evolution, you may be offered the ascension, even though you may require much "fine-tuning" regarding the infinite variations of the God Qualities which appear on the Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Rays. 

This was the major basis of the special dispensation which was given some time ago. Prior to that, the initiations were all taken completely upon the physical plane, and were difficult in the extreme. To be offered this blessing, and all that accompanies it, can best be realized by those of us who came to our ascensions long before this dispensation was granted. Take time to thank your Father-Mother God - and all Their Representatives - for the Eternal Grace of the Holy Spirit, by which all life is ever blessed.
