Beloved Co-Workers in the Light, 

Although it may seem to you that I have not completed my instructions regarding petitions, I assure you that I have not forgotten! Other considerations came forward at this time, and also, the things about which I speak are in line with many of the petitions which were presented by the Ascended Masters, especially the Chohans of the Seven Rays, at the New Year of 1991. I will resume these instructions in time for the next convening of the Karmic Board, which will take place in June. At that time, I expect that many of you will not only submit your own petitions, but will also agree to join those of the Ascended Masters for the highest good of all life on your planet Earth.

At this time, I want to talk to you about ways in which you may assist those lifestreams who have been called forth from their physical forms, perhaps prematurely, and who need your assistance in attaining the consciousness to enter the Ascended Masters Temples for further instruction. As you may be aware, when people are caught suddenly in life threatening situations, they often do not have time to prepare themselves for passage into the next state of existence. This is true, no matter where these situations exist in the world. It is true whether such a situation comes about through an upheaval within the nature kingdom, or through an act of man to man. It remains for those of you who have the knowledge, understanding, and love to help people to make that passage peacefully.

It is the responsibility of my Brotherhood, and also of Lord Uriel, Donna Grace and their Legions of Angels, to enter the atmosphere where great numbers of humanity have taken leave of their physical forms, and see that they receive the assistance required before they can enter the Violet Fire Temples to receive the unction of Forgiveness and Mercy.

Prior to that, it is often necessary to see that such lifestreams receive our service of simple comfort, love, and reassurance, just so that they may comprehend their position. This is because they often do not even realize they have made the transition from the physical plane - particularly if their leaving was precipitated by some form of violence.

This is a word I even hesitate to use, due to the unholy form it creates within the astral realm. If mankind could see the etheric forms which are created by their thoughtless use of words which carry a strongly negative vibration, they would think twice before they spoke them!

When our service of comfort and a time of rest has been received, we see that the service of Transmutation is then administered.

At this time I request that you use the Decrees which have been given for the peaceful passage of those who are leaving the Earthplane. It is an important service you may render, either individually or in your group work, which assists in clearing the astral planes of so many souls who need your help. This is your Earth, Beloved Chelas, and the astral plane belongs to the Earth, as well! The planet cannot be freed into her ascension into the Light if the astral plane is not cleared first, bringing all these souls into the Temples for purification and instruction.
